Just make an impression of each foot and send it in the postage-paid mailing box to Arch Crafters, a leading orthotic lab that many doctors use. You will receive your custom insoles, ready to wear. These inserts will support your feet and help control improper foot motion, relieving foot fatigue, heel pain and reducing stress on your back and knees. Dual density EVA construction with cupped heel and arch area to help control foot motion, and leather-like liner feels great against the foot. Impression kit accommodates all women's sizes and up to a men's size 12. Available in full length or 3/4 length inserts; please specify when returning the impression kit. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery on insoles after the manufacturer receives the insole.
